Thurgadin Vendors

There seem to be 3 alchemy type vendors now in thurg right in front of the bank.

Doilidh - loc -326 142 3
Seonag - loc -340 136 3
Peigi - loc -355 124 3

Selling about the same stuff that is sold from the pok and abysmal vendors minus the books.

Added the NPCs but we need details on what exactly they sell. I'll add it to the To Do list but if anyone wants to submit that'd speed things up mightily.
