Eidolon Bellow confirmed not working

The level 61 necro spell Eidolon Bellow which was previous suspected of not working any longer after a patch stating it was being removed, has been confirmed to no longer work.

I attempted this spell tonight using the recipe listed in the database, and could not complete the combine.

Soulless Panic also confirmed not working

I also just confirmed that the 61 Shadowknight spell Soulless Panic isn't working either.
