Coadutor Mechanotablet Still Dropping

item lore: Stone tablet with many groves and holes in an odd pattern
EQTC notes: The mechanoinstructions made from this item CANNOT be used to make an augment. This item should no longer be dropping.

was killing creep reapers in corathus creep and got one of these. came to the site to see what it made only to see that it shouldn't be dropping. got it probably an hour ago, so as of 1/14 its still in game.

I believe Ngreth posted somewhere that although the item is still dropping, the recipe to combine it into the final augment is disabled. I'll update the note on the item.
