I've confirmed that this item now drops in Split Paw and outside of it. The Split Paw gnolls drop this. I've found the majority of the SP gnolls that are the "White" version (I've forgotten the name but it starts with a L and they look obviously different from the other gnolls. An example of there look would be the Black Burrow Leader.) drops them the most frequent.

They also drop Wolf Bane. I'm just confirming this because I think it has already been posted.

I'm not really sure what to do with this. I'm not familiar with the residents of Splitpaw nowadays, so I don't know the names of the critters you mean. We can't add the drop source without mob names.

Can anyone help out?

It'd take a little hunting on Alla's to get exact names, but I'm pretty sure this is referring to residents of South Karana, not Splitpaw itself. Splitpaw is still (to my knowledge) overrun with elementals.

Illia's also shows only elementals in Splitpaw now. Updated as "various gnolls" with note to indicate color . . ..
