Found some of the other mechanoinstructions. Drop rate is MUCH better than before patch.

All dropped off "a creep reaper", "Vernon" or "Creeper" in Corathus Creep (the later 2 being the named creep reapers in the area).

Did all three drop off all three mobs? I added generic creep reapers as sources for all three, but don't want to add the nameds until we know for sure which drop which. Feel free to repost with that.
