In the recipe data base, it lists A quill, Knight treatment and Thamaturge treatment. That does not work. If you use Arcane Treatment as per the in game book instead of Thamaturge treatment, you will get quill of the Feral Lord. (A quill, Knights Treatment, Arcane Treatment).
