found off of "a drachnid" in the DoD mission: "Building the Disguise"... 3rd mission in the progressive series for the 68 spells, I believe.

I've also seen drops of this in two other missions (one the second 69 mission, the other the first 70 mission), and from drachnids in Stoneroot Falls (non-instanced), so I would guess this is a random rare drop in the whole expansion (or perhaps any mob above some minimum level).

Received from one of the various sporali in the 69th-2nd mission Cave Bounty. Two dropped, but I did not note which of the various LSD-inspired mushroom men they came from.

Sorry, I meant to say that one dropped, off of two different mobs. Not that two dropped from the same one.

Drops relatively frequently from assorted Shadowmane models in Stoneroot Falls, I killed there for about 2 hours, and got 3 bars. (why cant I edit my posts?)

also dropped in Nargilor Pits in the "Preemptive Strike" task. not sure of the mob.

Prices on some of the DoDh items were dropped in the last patch. In particular, merchants will now only pay 299,8,2,3 for discordant steel. Don't have the exact price atm but I noticed that the small power belts have been dropped to the 52p area which doesn't make them profitable to make anymore, haha, big surprise with that one.
