My logs were off so I'm not sure exactly which mob(s) dropped these, but they've been added to Plane of Innovation (sorry if this is a duplicate post, but the forum search is acting up).

Two of these dropped between zone in and Anizok, and they seem to be less rare than clockwork carapaces.

Hah, I killed 1500 scrap collectors, plus or minus a 100 before i got one to drop. then promptly destroyed it a hour later by mistake. Thank you spedy petition replies.
