This item's two vendor locations are correct, however...
The item is LORE, there is only ONE on a vendor (once purchased, there is no longer this item available for purchase, I'm assuming until repop of zone, or NPC death and rebirth). The item DOES stay after a combine (it is no fail).
Might be prudent to note this on the item, I looked for this on the first vendor in Field of Bone, no dice. Went to vendor in Fungus, had it, bought it, no longer had one for sale.
