While collecting the 10 scraps I got this drop from a Creep reaper in Corathus Creep.
Says it can be used in tradeskills

This will make the parry3 effect in the instruction portion of the augments, On the Xegony server there are only 3 in the bazaar that can be linked off buyer mode on my server. So this must be one of the rarest drops in the expantion. The other ones the server that i can see a link to are Sanguinary Mechanotablet (fero5) and Meliorated Circumlocating Mechanotablet (dodge3) I believe. which have the same basic info also.
It does not stack, If anyone from the test server knows if it will be consumed upon use would be some nice info.
