Hi all solved the new Javelin recipe last night. Bear with me I've never tried to write one of these I'll edit this post with names of NPC's later.

Runic longflight javelin trivial 135 for both fletching and smithing:

Fletching: Runic longflight shaft + runic longflight head + planing tool (any fletching vendor that sells bow supplies) ===in a collapsable fletching kit

Smithing: Runic longflight shaft + runic longflight head + file === in a forge
YIELD 10 for both trades

Runic Shafts: Elm bow Staves (2) + Planing Tool - in a collapsable fletching kit YIELD 2

Head: small brick of Steel + Vial of viscous mana + file === in a forge (not going to cover making files or mana since there are much better guides available online) YIELD 5

steel: small brick of High Quality Ore + High Quality Carbon Powder + Gnomish Heat sources (3) === in a forge YIELD 1

Small brick of high quality steel needs a small brick of refined high quality ore to make, not high quality ore. I wasted an hour running around with an incorrect recipe.
Large bricks of refined high quality ore are available from Gliblixl in limited quantities.

Chisel + large brick of refined high quality ore = DNC (forge)
Large brick of refined high quality ore + 3 High quality carbon powder + 6 gnomish heat sources = 1 Large brick of high quality steel (forge)
Chisel + Large brick of high quality steel = 2 small bricks of high quality steel (forge)
The small brick of high quality steel used in the javelins is stackable,
Because it is high quality steel and not small brick of steel, the ones from surefall do not work. More time I wasted there.

Ok. Nevermind. There is no runic head. the steel heads go with the runic shaft as far as I can tell. yield 10 instead of 20.

You're right Karthos, there is no runic war head or runic longflight head, they are steel, shafts runic, final product is runic steel.

After making these combines, i was informed that we can use the small bricks of refined high quality ore, 1 HQ carbon powder, 3 gnomish heat sources.

Nevermind again.

Small Brick of ore + smithing hammer or file yields 5 non steel heads.

Combine those with the appropiate runic shaft and you'll have a req 45 no stat javelin.

Combine with the appropiate non runic shaft and you'll have a no min level no stat javelin.

Obviously since these only use a small brick of ore without any prepping they are very very cheap to make.
