I thought I would put a post on this item(Concordance Of Research) since there is no information given on EQTraders.com
It is the result of a small quest:
If your character is on the side of "Good":
-Go to the Gypsy camp in North Karana and find Mrysila.
-Give Mrysila a Greater Light Stone.
-She will give you a Concordance Of Research
If your character is on the side of "Evil":
-Go to the Dark Elf Tents in South Ro and find Smith Tv`Ysa(loc 100, 500)
-Give Smith Tv`Ysa a Geater Light Stone.
-She will give you a Concordance Of Research
