Here is what I have in my inventory or others were selling on the server. Sorry about the formatting (I already had my original list typed in this order so was easier to just change numbers than retype the whole thing to confirm to EQ formatting).
I first listed the name of the item, then the full new stats, then with a "*" I identified what was modified within that item (in case this was helpful). I only listed items I had in my own inventory so I'm not making any judgements that the rest of the "of the Skeptic/Bristlebane" augments are the same identical stats as the "Below" versions.
AC never changed on any of these pieces; just every other stat "may" have been modified. I also saw no changes in the effects (attack, regen, ds, mana regen) on any piece.
