Combine Water Flask, Vinegar, Cup of Sugar, Garlic Spices in a mixing bowl triv 36. Recipe is searchable in the mixing bowl but comes up as "Soy Sauce" On combine the actual item is "A Small Bottle of Soy Sauce". it's no drop so no merchant buy/sell price. In my haste to finish the quest I did not record the stats on the Spicy Tuna Sunirse steak except that is had 5sta and 30 mana. the quest reward however is:
