Was this the item "Mushroom" or the item "A Mushroom"? The item "Mushroom" is listed as foraged in multiple zones, including most of Luclin (and I've added Netherbian now). The item "A Mushroom" does indeed have no sources listed yet. Lucy's data shows that it's a drop from shrooms in Dawnshroud, so I'll get that added, at least.
