Looking in the Trade Supplies section, look at the list for the Noble's Causeway zone, and one of the items under brewing says Bad Item ID:0.
The same error occurs on the Brewing page if you scroll down and look under the Noble's Causeway section.
I'd also like to add that the zone you've listed as Togiran Mines should be called Torgiran's Mines.
