Verified both 2x, slaughtered other goblins for a while, nothing else dropped them, both of those dropped twice from those specific mobs.

Tips: Cat Skull Caps (no drop) drop from Picklaw mindrippers in Runnyeye. Muddite Mud drops from muddites in Gorge of King Xorbb. Fractured Femurs (no drop) drop from goblins in Runnyeye. Large Brick of Unrefined Ore drops from goblins in various zones, including Runnyeye; it's also common on Bazaar and Plane of Knowledge vendors.
