FAQ at http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq/showthread.php?t=24 is a little dated. It still lists Alchemy cap as being level limited. With the release of DoN, shaman can skill up their alchemy all the way to 300 once they are able to learn it (level 24 iirc).
