Jewelcraft missleading entries

there are a lot of recipes with identical name, e.g. platinum bloodstone earring and the fake entry platinum bloodstone earring (non enchanted)
Both recipes are said to be triv 231. Sadly it isn't in reallity. Only the recipe using enchanted Platinum is triv 231. I have skill 228 and using nonenchatned platinum results in the message that you can't learn anything from processing this recipe, i.e. its trivial !!!
I would have really appreciated this recipe beeing triv 231 so that as a hybrid I were no longer dependant on the goodwill of rare enchanters, that go OoM for enchanting stacks of material.

This recipe is only an example - its relevant to all jewelcraft recipes based on platinum bar or velium bar.

do you have a trivial for this recipe from the UI? Also are you positive that you were using platinum and didn't pick up a silver bar by mistake?

I just confirmed in my UI that the non-enchanted Platinum Bloodstone Earring is, indeed, trivial at 231. You must have tried silver or something...or you are bugged. :\

I have encountered it also on recipes with lower triv.

As my main is a paladin I was very interested in the possibility of using nonenchanted material for combines of the same triv as those with enchanted and found out that I got the answer which says that you can't improve your skill anymore with this combine.

I'll recheck it this evening when I am online and will produce a snapshot.

Of course, it might be an UBI Soft issue (or something that was implemented on the Euro servers and never done for the AB or the US servers. Maybe the merge will fix this issue for you.

Emandes, can you check your UI after the server merge please? At this point in time I'm going to assume that the discrepency is something to do with the Ubisoft server and leave this post as pending further clarification.
