I found in the nerak forgein quarter a tailor that sells all the pieces (except compacted back pack) for the dark elf DoN tailoring. he is the same person you hail for the cultural patterns. Javen TaVos. He has the ink, roll of parchment, book binding, and the threads.

Will try to get it tackled later if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Can anyone confirm that he DOESN'T have the compacted backpack? That sounds very unusual, and I can imagine how someone would miss it, as it is at the bottom of the stock.

Hmmm...pretty sure he does have it, have to buy my supplies from him since they didn't bother to put cultural tailoring supplies in Oggok - will verify as soon as I get the chance to go back out and bulk up supplies.
