under the link for this item please submit info is stated. This was done by smithing in a forge at ak'anon will only work in one forge on the east side of the building. I am a 70 SK GNM not sure why it made it for a Rog GNM.

Updated, thanks! The reason it made armor for a rogue rather than an SK is that you missed a step. You need to turn the Expert's Servolink Bronze Bar into Expert's Actuated Bronze Sheet by combining the bar, gnomish smithy hammer and water flask in the Ak'Anon forge, then use the resulting sheet (or sheets) in your combines to make the plate versions.
