Went to Katta to get a combine smithy hammer. Noticed the cookie molds so decided to help you with info.
The grimling, shissar, sonic wolf, and vah shir templates can be purchased from Dianna Dilsm in Midnight Ceramics/Shooting Stars Archery in Katta Castellum. It's near the TM zone, her loc is -368, -687, 9.75 and the templates are 4gold 1silver 9copper each. The combine does work and the unfired trivial is correct, however the combine with the high quality firing sheet is trivial at 17 not 15.

It's on the same level as TM side, but a bit farther from the zone, her loc is 220, -1280, 9.75 and the molds are 3gold 6silver 7copper each. The combine works and the trivial is 40 for all of them.
