Might want to add a note of some sort into effect, this is a Snare with DOT, very similiar to the first tier necro/sk snare. It appears weather you hit or it counts as a miss, or a dodge is performed or any other effect this still "lands" as a successfull spell. You do not need throwing to use this either, and a shammy is just as able to use as others. Effect lasts aprox 10 ticks and does give a wears off message, as well as reporting the dot while it is active.
