A little additional information (that I forgot and didn't see an edit option on first look).

Recipe listed on EQTC was correct: large brick of rilsteel, master's daybreaker rilsteel bar, mold for half-elven gloves, and combine smithy hammer.

I did this combine in the half-elf forge in SQ (did not attempt in another since I was already there). Returns the combine smithy hammer on success and failure (4 previously failed attempts).
