Completed the Half Elf Journeyman's Book Task from Qeynos. Mob kill and loot quanties have changed from posted numbers.

Task Details
Erud's Crossing: Kill 15 sharks
Erud's Crossing: Loot 3 Lake Pebble
North Qeynos: Deliver 3 Lake Pebble to Vor Westrider

Only those first three stages have changed and yes the text in Quest window did have pebble (singular) and not pebbles.
