This quest from Vidi Cogsworthy in Ak`Anon is as follows:
On asking for "Skyfire Mountains", a task is given to:
Go to Skyfire Mountains and
Kill 80 old wurms (but any wurm works - well, I didn't see an ancient)
Loot 40 wurm meats
Return to Vidi and give him 4 wurm meats. This opens second part of task - he says nothing at this point.
Go back to Skyfire Mountains and
Kill 5 Skyfire drakes (only skyfire drakes - most common in the north end of the zone)
Loot one skyash bile
Return to Ak`Anon and give the bile to Vidi, who says 'Ah ha! This is perfect I must get to work on it right away. Before I forget here's those patterns you wanted.' and gives you the book.
