Farwater Plate Boots - Update

Farwater Plate Boots no longer require e'cian ice jointing. Instead, 2x Superb leather paddings are required. The stats and trivial, 335, is correct as posted.

Please update the farwater recipes to require the padding and elide the chain jointing.
