Mar Sedder in South Qeynos had the Huge Block of Clay and Compacted Backpack.

Journeyman's Book Task: Clearing the Western Sea Lanes

After turning in 4 Lake Pebbles Task updates adds:
I knew I could count on you. I'm afraid I have to send you back to the crossing one last time though. The willowisps on the main island get agitated and flutter around when our ships land to resupply. The light and movement alert nearby pirates to our presence. Travel back to the main island and kill ten willowwisps. Bring me back one lightstone as proof of your kills. We'll talk about those extra armor patterns when you return.

    After turning in lightstone:
Vor says: Well done. Lucky I found you or that job never would have gotten done. As promised, here are those armor runes. Let me know if you need any more of these [patterns]. Sure as sunrise, there's always more work to be done around here.

Master's Book Task: Scale and Bone

Vor Westrider says 'The city has lost several expeditions into the dragon necropolis over the past months. It's the rat creatures that have been sneaking upon our excavators in the dark tunnels. Kill eighty of these creatures and return to me with four old dragon horns. That should clear them out for the time being.'

    should be "with thier old"

    Updated, thanks!

(I'm not tracking text said after turn-ins partway through tasks, so left that part out. I couldn't find a logical way to add it in without sacrificing the condensed chunk of task info that's handy for easy reference.)
