Upon turning in the lightstone to Vor Westrider in Qeynos he states:
Vor says, "Well done. Lucky I found you or that job never would have gotten done. As promised, here are those armor runes. Let me know if you need anymore of these [patterns]. Sure as the sunrise, there's always more work to be done around here."
