Looking through the EQ trader's database, I noticed that Zeannor's Thesis pg. 14 (left), Zeannor's Thesis pg. 14 (right), a quill, and a piece of parchment were supposed to combine to make a spell called "Largam's Lamenetation". I could not for the life of me locate this spell on any other websites to see what it did. After succeeding at the combine of trivial 202, I see that I have made a spell such as thus:

I do believe that the only change needed is the name, which ends A-R-N not A-M. Lower case r n and m seem to run together and can be hard to tell apart.
Note: Another funny thing I notice is that the scroll's name is "Largarn`s Lamentation", looking at the in-game inspect window for the recipe and scroll. After scribing, the spell is called "Largarn's Lamentation". Note the difference between the ` accent next to 1 on the keyboard, and the ' right next to the enter key. /boggle
