Tar Cordell says 'Our ocean trade routes still aren't as secure as we need 'em to be. Several of Qeynos' finer cargo vessels have disappeared while sailing from `ere to Freeport and Faydwer. Sure enough, the wreckage always turns up floating around Kedge Keep. Get over there an' wreck the place. Kill them mermaids and return to me with their vials of ocean ink. That should clear the way for our ships.'

Who was Vor Westrider anyway?

Heh whoops. Vor Westrider is the Qeynos quest giver for half elves, which is apparently the guide that I copied and edited to use for humans. I'm rather pleased that I haven't been caught with a copy/paste error on these until now.
