Took a screenshot as I delivered the claws back to the guy in Erudin.
It's worth noting, that even though the "Loot Fractured Drake Claws" part states "ALL" zones, this actually only have worked for me in Thundercrest, both instances and normal zone (except the end boss of The Creator, a drake, looting Fractured Claw from him didn't count - likewise the Fractured Claws from The Nest do not count toward target).
