When DoN first came out i tried to get all the symbold book quest but was unable to recieve the last task cause i needed to have more experiance.Like everyone else we assumed that was due to having be levelled 70 char required to do the quest and i was only level 66 at the time.
I was hoping that the quest was the same as the recommended level for the required item so was going to wait to level 69 to ask again.But i happened to be near the Task giver NPC today and asked again and this time was given the quest.I am only level 67 but now i can do the task.Maybe the level to do the quests was lowered from recommended level to required level of the item making you can get the GM book quest at 65 now.
