Water of the Skeptic -- add'l PoK vendor

Ferin Lightfoot at -115, -166 in PoK (already in the database as a vendor) apparently sells Water Of The Skeptic in addition to the other items you have listed here. I have only seen it twice now (don't use her often) but the last two times I shopped her, one right after a patch and the other today, it was in her inventory at the same spot.
