The current data base lists Jewel Crafting as the skill for making this item. I can now confirm that it can also be made by a Blacksmith.

Recipe:
1x Embroidering Needle
1x Fetid Essence
Place in a regular non-cultural forge and hit combine.
Trivial: 132

Result:
"Bile Spine"
Wt. 0.0 Size Tiny
Class: None
Race: None
"This item can be used in Tradeskills"
Non-lore, Non No-drop, Non stackable

I skilled up using these in P.O.K. At 132 I got the message that my skill had increased. On my next attempt at a combine I received the "You can no longer advance your skill" message. The Tradeskill UI now shows the trivial at 132.

I need someone to please check if this will or will not combine in the JC kit. I'm pretty sure that it's a database error that is listing it as a JC combine, but I'd like it to be double checked. Thanks!

I just tried to combine it in a Planar Jeweler's Kit.
1x Fetid Essence
1x Embroidering Needle
Result: "You cannot combine these items.....etc.
