To make the wood elf swatches, the trivals to make 3 and 6 at a time are also 122 tailoring.
There might be an error in EQ pricing that i'll /feedback:
Small Spool of Mithril: 6.2 pp, makes 1 swatch
Large Spool of Mithril: 18.5 pp, makes 3 swatches (pretty even pricing)
Reel of Mithril: 55.7 pp, makes 6 swatches.
I don't know why the Reel costs more than 37pp, unless it is supposed to make 9 swatches at a time instead of 6.
