Sorry, no idea as to where these are found - I picked them up in the Bazaar.

Also, it doesn't seem as if they are usable for clumps of dough; I tried them in my mixing bowl with 1 each of the flour & milk and got the "you cannot combine these items in this container type".

We already had the item info on these (maybe updated since you posted). The recipe we have for them is noodles, not clump of dough. Have you tried that?

Nope, haven't tried that yet.. not really so useful to me, since I was wanting dough, so I could make more MTPs.
