OH yeah, one last correction. I failed the first time i tried this combine and on failure it returns the dihedral burin and the mark of sight... not a mark of discordant like listed on your site.

Added item stats and amended both the poison making and alchemy recipes regarding the mark as that was obviously wrong.

Does the Radiant Starflow Of Minor Sight have a weight and size? None was posted.

I have no assigned a trivial to the recipe as I need to know which version (rogue or shaman) that you did - please advise.

Also, can you confirm that you get the dihedral burin and mark of sight back on success please?

I can confirm that the dihedral burin and mark of sight back on success (and failure) also the stats I listed above were everything that is listed on the augment, so I assume it has no size/weight since none listed (but that is why no size weight listed above) also I am a 65 rogue (semi retired) with the title master poisoncrafter (300 make poison/315 with GMAS) so needless to say that is how I made it...

Went back and reread the sticky on the top of this forum and I did this combine in a mortar and pestle summoned from the collapsable mortar and pestle (tinker made) also the augmentation is not stackable, to the best of my knowledge that is all the information that you have asked for, however feel free to post any other questions and I will try to answer to the best of my abilities.
