ok made one using the new recipie it didnt seem to matter what forage i tried it in and i tried the one in commons and in 3rd gate.
stats are

checked guild tribute and tribute and were both worth 1
was worth 9cp to a vendor

1 Small Brick adamantite
1 Flask Water
1 Thimble Mold
1 Needle Mold

The kit combine only seems to valid in neriak, it did not work in PoK. The exact same items DNC in PoK and made the kit in 3rd gate 2 minutes later.
