Does the Expert's Trooper Armband have 1 Sv Magic, too? It would be breaking the pattern if it doesn't, although that's always possible.

Expert's Twoscale Armor

Trivial on both (single and triple) combines is 122
Must be done at cultural forge (WCab -529 -1, top of warrior guild)
Skyiron bricks available at merchants next to Forge (Smithy Xzatik, Smithy Zern). Smithy Zern also sells the Cabilisan hammer.

31 combines at 222 skill - no failure - unsure what is returned in that case.
