Are you sure? I think the salt on the vendors in abysmal sea is rock salt, for making ice cream, not coarse salt.

Of course, it seems to me that combining rock salt in a mortar+pestle should be able to yield coarse salt, but that's just me.

You did not note whether these were combined in a spit or oven, or if omelets need any kind of pan (presumably that's not the case, but what container it is combined in does help).
