Expert Erudite Smithed and Tailored(DNC) Symbol Recipes

According to the books purchased from the (Tailoring Supplies) vendors in Abysmal, the recipe for The erudite symbol should be as follows:

So far, I have tried this with both the smithing versions and the silk versions. My eq client crashed as I was getting ready to post this, so I don't have trivials at this very moment. One thing I would like to say beforehand is that to make this list a lil simpler, I included [brackets] around the parts of names that change depending on the piece.

[Armor] = Chest, Leggings, Wrist, Arm, Helm, Gloves, Boots

Combines:

Expert's Water of [Deity]: in Jewelkit
+Blessed Water of [Deity] (or Water of the Skeptic)
+Lambent Stone

Expert's [Armor] Symbol of [Deity]: in Forge
+Expert's Water of [Deity]
+Fire Opal
+appropriate expert symbol pattern

Expert's [Armor] Symbol of [Deity]: in Erud Sewing Kit = DNC
+Expert's Water of [Deity]
+Terrorantula Silk Swatch
+appropriate expert symbol pattern

(this combine was described to be exactly this by the books sold in Abysmal, although the combine results in DNC. An alternative I am going to try is to see if Drachnid Silk Swatches work instead. The book describes the process using drachnid swatches, then jumps into materials other races use. It's difficult to tell if the alternate materials are for symbols or armor or both)

Once again. I know I don't have trivials and stats yet, but I will try to have them tomorrow if not on Sunday.

Ummm so let me get this. You managed a symbol and the armour but cannot put them together ?

From my understanding the symbol is an augment. You need to put it in an augment sealer with the armour and combine. It becomes no drop like all augmented items do. So you need to sell both parts to your buyer or wear it yourself..... You can remove augment but it is attuned and hence no drop so useless to sell.

I could be wrong.

In the Journeyman's Symbol the combine is:

Journeyman's Water of the Depths
Journeyman's Chest Symbol Pattern
Silk Swatch

Those three things combine to make Journeyman's Chest Symbol of the Depths.

However, using the same logic with Expert... i.e.

Expert's Water of the Depths
Expert's Chest Symbol Pattern
Terrorantula Swatch

We're getting DNC instead of what should obviously be Expert's Chest Symbol of the Depths.

So, the Expert Erudite Symbol is currently Broken... /bugged.

I posted this to list the recipe's that I have done and did work mainly. Symbols can be made through smithing or tailoring using different recipes. The fact that the book recipe for erudite tailored symbols was a DNC was mainly added for completeness.

Did you use the vedor purchased or the crafted Erudite sewing kit?

This recipe uses Drachnid Silk, not Terrorantula Silk

Expert Boot Symbol <x>: Trivial 192
Expert Chest Symbol of <x>: Trivial 222
Expert Leggings Symbol of <x>: Trivial 222
Expert Helm Symbol of <x>: Trivial 192
Expert Glove Symbol of <x>: Trivial 192
Expert Sleeve Symbol of <x>: Trivial 212

Symbol stats are the same as the smithed versions.

It's a bit premature to be assuming large chunks of trivials like that. We need them listed individually after being individually confirmed.
