OK, where are you guys getting almonds?

I have looked all over for almonds. I have foraged, everywhere and checked a lot of vendors. I am thinking since I haven't seen any Nest Dragon Meat drop, either, that there are "other" zones or instances involved like maybe raid missions or event missions. Sounds just like the taelosian mountain tea leaf thing. That is just an assumption, though. I have no confirming evidence.
