all the cultral armor molds are from the ancestral (race) book
the journymen-expert-master-grandmaster books are only to make symbols
all the armos are race/class restricted but not diety restricted..the symbols make them restricted.
the bar combonations is;
expert: chunk of condensed ice
1 chunk of condensed ice+1 small brick of HQ ore=1 bar of frostwarded steel
3 chunks of condensed ice+1 large brick of HQ ore=3 bars of frostwarded steel.
6 chunks of condensed ice+1 block of HQ ore=6 bars of frostwarded steel

Confirming she does sell the hammer, and from the looks of it no one else does there. The vendor, who looks just like the banker, inside the bank sells the Blessed Water of the Tribunal. One other vendor sells the water but wasn't concerned - -will give exact info today.

Wanted to also confirm, and state how much this sucks and has drove me crazy, for the Northman swatch combines we use a Norrathian Needle, and then the pattern combine we use a Northman needle -- just in case anyonees going crazy like me.

OK, I think that I have got all the information in this post entered. I had to be a detective to work out what you meant. "expert frostwarded wristband of judgment" is actually "expert's frostwarded armband". Please be careful with your spellings. Magelo helped put the pieces together. However, I am still missing some important information:

1. Master's frostwarded armband. What is the size and weight of this piece?

2. The recipes that uses the northman smithy hammer. Was the returned on success? How about on failure?

3. Is the Expert's Frostwarded Steel Bar stackable? (other stats obtained from Magelo)
