All zones: Kill 120 Lavaspinners
All zones: Loot 80 Arachnid Eye Clusters and return 4 to Tar Cordell
All zones: Kill 10 lavaspinners
All zones: Loot 1 Deadly Arachnid Mandible and return it to Tar Cordell

I found that the fastest/best way (for me at least) to kill the lavaspinners and collect the drops was to get a group of friends/guildies and do the entry level DoN missions that take you to Lavaspinners lair. It was pretty easy to convince them to go ahead and wipe out all the spinners while we were in the zone since the xp was fairly decent. I ended up getting around 40-50 spinner kills per dungeon, but the eye clusters held me back. I ended up having to run an extra mission just to meet the 80 eye quota.

What was the name of the missions and camp you did to get spiders that drop the eyes and mandible?

Sorry bout the lack of info on the camps.

The dungeons I used were the first 2 you get from Boldger Bristlebeard in the Norrath's Keepers camp, "Grounding the Drakes" and "Lavaspinner Locals". He offers more spinner killing missions ("Infested") when you have higher factions, but you can knock it out pretty fast with just those 2. One thing ya need to know though, on the "Grounding the Drakes" mission, all the spiders are behind the web when you first zone in. You can get through the web, but it takes an awful lot of strafing and spamming yer duck key to get through.

I'm sure the Evil and Alliance camps have beginning missions for Lavaspinners Lair too.
