ok there are new mobs up in every ones home town that is now called
"tradeskill quests" you can use the find to find um. they all hand out 4 different tasks, and one collect.

the collect is for the book "ancestral (race) armor" it details the basics on how to make the patterns and molds for the cultral armor

the other 4 tasks are based on lv of the book as a reward.
the first and easist one is the "journyman's book of (race) culture". in this you go though and kill 20 mobs of a certain type, loot 4 items that they drop, and hand them back to the quest giver to get the book.

the second one is unlookable to me at the moment but it LOOKS to bee a bit harder than the first.

the third one is the "master's book of (race) culture". in this you go though and kill 80 mobs of a certain type, loot 40 items that they drop and hand them back to the quest giver to get the book.

the last one is the "grandmaster's book of (race) culture". in this one you go though and kill 120 mobs, loot 80 items, and hand back to the quest giver.

dont know excat details at this time but will be reposting with as much info as can.

ok here we go for the books
1=20 mobs 4 items
then 10 mobs 1 item
for barbarians it was 20 iceboned skeletons 4 bone chips then 10 mamoths and 1 small mamoth tusk.
2= 50 mobs 20 items
then 5 mobs 1 item
was 50 goblins in nurga and 20 death mnt salts
then 5 goblin miners in nurga and 1 green goblin skin
3= 80 mobs and 40 items.
was 80 of hte Xi mobs in madiens eye any of the 2 worked.
the 40 items are the essence of darkness
and they can only be looted in that zone and at the correct step in the quest
havent gotten past this part yet.
4= is 120 mobs in stillmoon temple and 80 goblin skins. havent even begun this one

Updating Halfling info:

Quest NPC - Bill Whistletop (RV -280, -136, -17)

Finally found a Bead Necklace in Gorge, not sure what dropped it since I forgot to track as I was looting 30 corpses from AoE's. Either a mino, muddite or goblin. Turned in all 4 items listed above and he still won't accept, says I need to turn in all quest items at once. /bugged it.

There's an extra step in the first task, insert a #4 - Explore the ruins (Evil Eye area in Gorge) Once you go there the journal updates and gives you the next step right away without returning to Bill.

Master Task -

2. Loot 40 Bone Chips

Expert Task -

• Which classes/races can do the quest
• reward for the quest including stats of any items
• what you need to do for the quest including:
  • name and stats of any items you need to collect
  • drop information for any items you need to collect
  • name and zone (including location in zone if there are static spawns) of anything you need to kill for the quest
• any restrictions if there are any
• anything else that I missed that needs to go into the database
