Have you confirmed this yourself by making the sleeves yet?
There is indeed evidence to suggest that all the bazu (and feran, for that matter) recipes can be made with both tanned and normal skins of the corresponding type. However, there is always the possibility that one of the recipes is bugged and doesn't work. Therefore, we need actual confirmation of someone making the items using the tanned recipes.
Furthermore, the recipe on the site says that it needs a damaged bazu skin, not a ruined one. That suggests that the tanned recipe would require a tanned damaged bazu skin, not a tanned ruined one.
Again, we need actual in-game confirmation of this recipe, please.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade

I can confirm that I have personally made the Bazu Sleeves and the Bazu Bracer using tanned versions of the skins. The products were identical to those made using normal skins.Originally posted by KyrosKraneHave you confirmed this yourself by making the sleeves yet?

Oh, and yes for the sleeves it was damaged, not ruined - I was making the sleeves for a guildee and spent ages trying to find a normal damaged skin without any luck - so I tried it with a tanned damaged skin, then added some Pyrilian Flames and Voila - one very happy guild-mate!Originally posted by TeloreaI can confirm that I have personally made the Bazu Sleeves and the Bazu Bracer using tanned versions of the skins. I'm adding the recipe now. Can you check the trivial for the combines using the tanned skin, please? We need the trivial from the UI.
Edit: Also, did you get the Smithy Hammer back? And if you failed, did you get the hammer back then?Last edited by KyrosKrane; 02-10-2005, 11:45 PM.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade

Yup, that's exactly what I need. =) Did you get the hammer back when you succeeded? And if you failed before that, did you also get the hammer back?
Edit: Updated the trivial in the database.Last edited by KyrosKrane; 02-11-2005, 02:02 PM.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade
