That's my enchanter, with the Magnetic Charm equipped. According to Magelo Update, with that set of Murkglider armour on the charm is at 43% of max stats (stats on charm are set to that). Putting on the second bracer didn't change the percentage, so it looks like the charm is checking to see if you have at least one of each visible slot item on and giving you credit if you are. If my ENC had the hat, I'm guessing that the charm would be at 50% of max stats. Is it possible that you can only get to 100% with "of Strife" gear in all visible slots? Open question for a non-Update Submissions thread.

Magelo lists the item name as "Murkglider Charm", while you constantly refer to it as "Magnetic Charm". What I'm trying to figure out is if you accidentally used the wrong name when posting here on EQTraders, or whether there is an actual item named Magnetic Charm that powers off Murkglider armor. As far as I know, the Magnetic Charm in the game powers off Magnetic armor, hence the name.
