My group ran around torment tonight to work on the sayren key and in just a couple hours of killing mobs around the Avatar of Pain's room we obtained 3 Putrescent Bloods. All three dropped from A Construct of Pain and had a similar model to the skinless creatures and flayed horrors of the stomach event so it may be possible that the constructs of malevence, suffuring, and agony may also be able to drop them.

Added A Construct of Pain as a source. Will change that to "various constructs" if we get confirmation that others do drop it.
