    Combine in a toolbox, deluxe toolbox the following.

    - Diamond
    - Small Lantern
    - Steel Wire
    - Reflective Shard
    - Class 5 Mana Battery
    - Infused Dark Matter
    - Infused Dark Matter

    Voila...

    I open up my window and what do I see

    Small Lantern
    Reflective Shard
    Gnomish Bolts
    Steel Wire
    HAZE PANTHER EYE
    Infused Dark Matter
    Infused Dark Matter


    No Class V mana Battery

    I am not sure what recipe it should be...and would take me a while to get a haze panther eye (anyone on Tunare with the items give Muana or Feolina a tell if you want me to try it to test)

      Can anyone confirm that it is the mana battery and not the haze panther eye...or vice versa?

        Created the Full Capacity items and added the recharge recipe, which I have personally confirmed.

        Can anyone confirm the recipe to make a Full Capacity device from scratch?

            -is correct, there is no Class 5 Mana battery in the FCGVD recipe. The two Infused Dark Matter takes the place of the c5 battery; otherwise, the recipe is identical to the one for the HCGVD.

            Frankly, no one should bother making this from scratch, as its easier to make a HCGVD and then when you run out of charges, do the recharge with the Infused Dark Matters for the 10 charges and only lose a c5 battery on a failure, as opposed to losing the Inufsed Dark Matters.
